Airspace (Balloons, Drones, etc)
No devices may be flown or tethered within the confines of the convention center or at any Events by BuffyBot, LLC event including drones, helium balloons, or other lighter-than-air objects whether powered or unpowered without the express permission of Events by BuffyBot, LLC staff.
Badges and Wristbands
Admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis at all venues, and based on capacity. General Admission Wristband and Premium Pass Holder grants Events by Buffybot, LLC, its licensees, assignees, and designees the absolute irrevocable right and permission in perpetuity to photograph, film, videotape, record, and utilize, use, incorporate, broadcast, distribute, re-use, publish, re-publish, alter and/or edit, in any media, live or recorded, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, the Holder’s image, likeness, actions, and gestures while at the Event. Holder waives the right to inspect or approve the use of the image, likeness, actions, and gestures. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger in attending the event for which the pass and/or ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event and/or any other related event. Holder releases the facility, Events by Buffybot, LLC, and all their respective agents, volunteers, officers, directors, managers, owners, and employees from any related claims, losses, injury, or damage which Holder may suffer. For security and safety reasons, badges or wristbands must be worn at all times and are not transferrable.
Code of Conduct
The goal of Events by BuffyBot, LLC is for the community to meet and have fun in a shared, collaborative space. As such, all attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff of Events by BuffyBot, LLC are expected to respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. We have a zero-tolerance policy against violent, offensive, or harassing behavior. We reserve the right to revoke, without refund, the badge (and access to any or all further events or activities related to Events by BuffyBot, LLC) of any individual not in compliance with this policy. Any person finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who becomes aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of security, staff, or volunteer member so the matter can be handled as quickly as possible.
Anyone in violation of the Events by BuffyBot, LLC Code of Conduct may be referred to local authorities for prosecution as deemed appropriate by Events by BuffyBot, LLC staff.
Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking including, but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic smoking devices inside of the event. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only.
CBD, THC, Marijuana, and Tobacco Products
All attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff of Events by BuffyBot, LLC must follow the policies of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). You can find the full language of the convention center’s policy here: https://nftxlv.com/lvcc-marijuana-and-tobacco-policy/.
TL;DR: It is strictly prohibited to sell, display, or distribute (even as free samples) any product containing CBD, THC, marijuana, or tobacco (nicotine) at the event.
Costume Props Policy
No functional props or weapons are allowed. Simulated or costume weapons are allowed as part of your costume subject to approval by security.
No Sitting in Aisles
No one may sit in the aisles between exhibition booths for the safety of all attendees. Several seating areas are available for attendees near concession stands and throughout the show floor for your convenience.
Prohibited Items
In order to enforce compliance with all rules and policies of Events by BuffyBot, LLC bag searches, wanding or metal detectors may be used. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: functional weapons of any kind, drones, helium balloons or filled products, fireworks, handcarts, trolleys, rolling luggage, and pets (excluding service animals) so please leave those at home or in your hotel room. Only active, on-duty police officers may carry firearms within the convention center. All other persons are strictly prohibited regardless of license or status.
